We begin by taking the time to listen closely and understand your vision.

During our initial conversation, we review your expectations, project goals, and any specific requirements.

This helps us shape a clear creative direction tailored to your needs.

After learning about your project, we prepare a proposal and pricing that align with your goals and budget.

Transparency is important to us — we make sure you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.

Once both parties agree on the scope and pricing, a one‑third deposit of the total project cost is required to begin.

This secures your project on our production schedule.

We keep you involved throughout the entire process.

You’ll have opportunities to review progress, share feedback, and ensure the project stays aligned with your vision.

Your input is essential to creating a final product you’ll love.

When the project is complete, we provide a final review for approval.

The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of the finished media.

Your completed video can be delivered in several ways:

External media such as a thumb drive or USB drive
A private Google Drive folder provided by LifeCapsule Media (available for 30 days for download and long‑term storage)

We also assist with preparing and formatting your video for social media platforms, ensuring it displays correctly across all channels.
